TRAINING

To prepare you and your team to use Cityspan to its full potential, we include training with every Cityspan solution. We will work with your staff to develop a tailored curriculum that integrates your particular policies and processes. We can deliver training sessions to various types of users at different levels of your organization, such as executive staff who monitor programs or users responsible for data entry and program tracking.

We offer three training options:

  • Onsite training — full and half day training sessions delivered by our team to key staff within your organization or to program users
  • Phone-based training — two hour training sessions delivered by our team via conference call
  • “Train-the-trainer” — full and half day training sessions delivered to key staff, who can then train other users over time
