California Counties implement Cityspan Funder
Contra Costa and Santa Cruz counties have implemented Cityspan Funder to manage their federal, state and county funded social service contracts. Contra Costa County’s Employment and Human Services Department distributes $50 million annually across 350 vendor contracts. Santa Cruz County’s Human Services Department distributes $35 million annually across 250 vendor contracts. In addition to managing contract workflows, Santa Cruz County integrates Cityspan Provider to allow funded agencies to collect and report against client-level activities and outcomes. The system helps streamline administration of multiple programs, including Employment and Benefit Services (CalWORKS, CalFresh, Medi-Cal, etc.), Children and Family Services, Workforce Development, and Adult and Long-Term Care.
