Progress Reports
Cityspan’s Progress Report Module enables you to accurately track grantee progress toward program objectives. Cityspan provides customized online reporting forms for grantees to submit monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.
With Cityspan, users can easily:
- View recent grantee activities or milestone achievements (narrative reports)
- View the total number of clients served and clients served by service category (quantitative reports)
- Define custom reporting periods for various deliverables
- Set alerts for when deliverables fall short of contractual requirements
- Integrate data from outcome-measurement tools, such as surveys, interviews and attendance reports
- Upload supporting documents, such as workshop agendas and participation summaries, and event photos.
